A. General Requirements
  1. By visiting and having a transaction on Big Alpha site (bigalpha.id), both directly and through the registration or payment related site, you agree to be bound and abide by the terms and conditions.
  2. These terms and conditions are about to change at any time and Big Alpha is not obliged to notify you.
  3. We make these terms and conditions for the common interest, to protect the rights and obligations of each part, and are not intended to harm either part.
B. Product Information
  1. By making an order transaction online at bigalpha.id, it means that you have a good understanding of the product/service that you are going to buy.
  2. Products/services are available on the Big Alpha official website in accordance with the information described in products and services page. We strive to present data as accurately as possible so that you don’t be injured.
  3. Product/services prices on this site are correct at the time of listed.
C. Bookings and Cancellations
  1. Orders are made online through the Big Alpha official website, carried out independently by the process described on the pages of each product or services, except mentioned differently on that page.
  2. We assume that you have learned in advance the information about the product service and how to order.
  3. We will send new products/services to buyers after the payment has been successfully validated. Deliveries are made a maximum of 2x24 hours after payment has been successfully validated, except mentioned differently on the product/service page.
  4. You can cancel the order by not making a payment. If you have already made a payment and want to cancel the order, you can contact our customer services via our email at sales@bigalpha.id. If we have successfully validated it, then the funds can be returned up to 10 working days after we confirm the cancellation.
  5. Cancellation of an order can’t be done after the product/service has been shipped.
D. Payment
  1. The currency used for payment is Rupiah (IDR).
  2. We receive payment via ATM, internet banking, mobile banking, cash deposits, or interbank transfer to the bank account that we have informed you.
  3. Payment is consideredto be paidoff if we have received the money in accordance with the amount to be paid.
  4. All costs arising from payment transactions (such as third party fees, transfer fees, clearing fees, switching, etc) are borne by the buyer.
  5. The delay in interbank transfer process is not our responsibility.
  6. Failure to write accounts and other information or negligence of the bank when you make payments is not our responsibility.
E. Refunds
  1. Refunds are only valid if the payment has been successfully carried out but we have not sent or provide the product/service.
  2. Refunds are made after our customer service has confirmed the order cancellation.
  3. Refunds are made within 10 working days, start from the date of the refund agreement.
  4. The amount of money returned is in accordance with the amount that we have received based on the results of checking on the Big Alpha’s account.
  5. We will transfer the refund to your account.
  6. We will inform you by email if we have refunded the money.
